I wanted to love this but it doesn’t stay signed in

I bought this based on the great ratings that it has but I have been unable to win any auctions because the app doesn’t keep me signed in. Just yesterday I opened it and signed in, then placed a snipe price, but this morning I saw that I was no longer signed in and didn’t win the bid I had placed.

I’ve contacted the app creator and never heard back from him, despite recently receiving an email stating that he responds to emails within 24-48 hours. I’m highly disappointed and will be asking for a refund.
